I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with spacious rooms and a variety of nice facilities. The service truly stood out, with the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. However, the long wait for room assignment was frustrating, and the hot tub in our room wasn't functioning, which took away from the overall experience. Still, the food at the World Cafe was memorable, making it a decent value for money.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were unfortunately quite humid and had a bit of a sewer smell, which was unpleasant. The service was incredibly helpful, making me feel well taken care of. The location was decent, but I felt the value for money was lacking because of the issues we faced with the amenities.
